I've read this story and talked about it in my other english classes, so that kind of spoiled it for me. The story is about abortion. There are numerous context clues that the author puts in the story; for example "The only one i want to be with is you". The scenery symbolized the two choices they have to make, as well as the train tracks, because they are both completely different and the tracks go in two completely different directions.
